TM Forum と FIWARE Foundation が “Front-runner Smart Cities program” を発表

11月13日からスペイン・バルセロナで開催されている、Smart City Expo World Congress において、TM Forum と FIWARE Foundation が “Front-runner Smart Cities program” を発表しました。発表内容は次の通りです。

Barcelona, November 12, Smart City Expo World Congress. FIWARE Foundation とTM Forum (デジタル・トランスフォーメーションに焦点を当てた世界的な非営利団体) は、スマート・シティのために相互運用および複製可能なスマート・ソリューションのデジタル・マーケットを支えるリファレンス・アーキテクチャと互換性のある共通データモデルの採用を支援する共同コラボレーションプログラムを発表しました。ウィーン (オーストリア)、ニース、サン・クエンティン (フランス)、ジェノバ (イタリア)、ユトレヒト (オランダ)、ポルト (ポルトガル)、サンタンデール、バレンシア (スペイン)、イェーテボリ (スウェーデン)、ラ・プラタ (アルゼンチン)、モンテビデオ (ウルグアイ) が参加し、他の都市へのオープンな招待状を公開しました。

リファレンス・アーキテクチャは、都市ソリューションの相互運用性と拡張性のために FIWARE NGSI (Next Generation Service Interface) API と TM Forum Open API を使用しています。FIWARE NGSI API を実装している FIWARE Con​​text Broker 技術は、都市内の情報サイロを破壊するための基礎を提供し、都市データ・ガバナンス全体のリアルタイムの視点と基盤を作り出します。この API は、ETSI によって発行される将来の NGSI-LD 標準の基礎を提供し、それと整合します。TM Forum Open API と組み合わせることで、データ公開プラットフォームは、リアルタイムでオープンなデータの可能性を実現し、サードパーティによる革新的なソリューションの開発を容易にする都市をサポートすることができます。さらに、都市は、現在のオープンデータ政策を、データ・エコノミーを支える ’city as a platform’ ビジョンに向けて進化させることができます。このように、提案されているリファレンス・アーキテクチャは、今日の都市のニーズを解決する準備ができており、明日の要件を将来的に保証することができます。

ウィーン (オーストリア)、ニース、サン・クエンティン (フランス)、ジェノバ (イタリア)、ユトレヒト (オランダ)、ポルト (ポルトガル)、サンタンデール、バレンシア (スペイン)、イェーテボリ (スウェーデン)、ラ・プラタ (アルゼンチン)、モンテビデオ (ウルグアイ) は、すでにプログラムに参加しており、他の都市は、マラガでの 第5回 FIWARE Summit中の11月28日に開催されるキックオフ・ミーティングに参加することに関心を表明しています。2019年には、TM Forum や FIWARE の主要なイベントで、定期的な会議 (virtual and face-to-face meetings)は計画されています

FIWARE は、Smart Partner Expo World Congress (11月13〜15日バルセロナ) に、グローバル・パートナー (スタンド C337) として参加します。Front-runner Smart Cities program は、イベントの2日目の13:00に、サンタンデル市長の Mrs. Gema Igual の訪問中に発表されます。
